Sara designs for couples wherever they live — in her San Clemente studio, or by video from anywhere in the world. Whether you’re in San Clemente or Surrey, the process is the same: a conversation, CAD renderings, revisions, then your ring, delivered insured to your door.
How working together by video goes

A conversation
A video consultation, scheduled around your time zone. Tell Sara about the ring you have in mind, the stone, the budget and the date.

CAD renderings
Sara designs the piece in Rhino3D and sends photorealistic renderings. You see it from every angle before anything is made.

Revisions
Change the stone, the band, the setting height. Sara revises and sends it again until it is right.

Made
A trusted casting house casts the piece and a master stone setter sets the stones. Sara checks every detail before it leaves.

Delivered insured
Your piece ships tracked and insured door to door. Sara sends the tracking the day it leaves.
Ring sizes in any system
Tell Sara the size you know — a UK letter, an EU circumference or a US number — and she converts it. If you don’t know it yet, the guide shows three ways to measure at home, and Sara can mail you a ring sizer.
Shipping and duties
Every international parcel is tracked and insured door to door.
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and collected on delivery.
UK delivery of shop pieces is through our Etsy shop, which handles UK VAT; custom pieces ship to the UK directly.
Shop orders: free U.S. shipping on orders of $35.00 or more, otherwise $5.95. International shipping is $45, and free on orders of $500.00 or more. Custom pieces are quoted with delivery included.
Natural or lab-grown diamonds
Sara works with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and fine colored gemstones, and sources the stone to your brief wherever you are. She’ll walk you through the real differences before you choose.
