Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Made to order pieces typically take 2–3 weeks for production followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $35 and all shipments are fully insured. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship insured worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days after production. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Contact Sara directly for an international shipping quote.
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition. Custom fine jewelry is non-returnable since it's made specifically for you. If your ring needs a sizing adjustment, we're happy to help — just contact us.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
The most accurate way is to visit a local jeweler who can measure you professionally. You can also order a ring sizer online — it's affordable and arrives quickly. If you're between sizes, go up half a size. Sara is always happy to help you figure out your size during a consultation — just reach out.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
Yes! Sterling silver and gold rings can be resized up or down 1–2 sizes. Just contact us and we'll take care of it for you. Resizing is a straightforward process that our jeweler can handle.

What's the difference between the metal options?
Sterling Silver
92.5% pure silver. Affordable and beautiful. Develops a natural patina over time, which many love.
Gold Vermeil
A thick 18K gold layer over sterling silver. More durable than regular gold plating and a great middle ground.
14K Gold
58.3% pure gold. Won't tarnish. Perfect for jewelry you wear every day.
18K Gold
75% pure gold. The richest gold color and our luxury standard for fine jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Sterling Silver
Store in an anti-tarnish pouch. Polish gently with a soft cloth when needed.
Gold Vermeil
Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals. Remove before swimming or showering to protect the gold layer.
14K & 18K Gold
Safe for daily wear including water. Clean with mild soap and warm water.
What is gold vermeil vs gold plating?
Vermeil requires:
- Sterling silver base
- At least 2.5 microns of gold thickness
Regular plating can be as thin as 0.5 microns on any base metal.
Vermeil lasts significantly longer because of the thicker gold layer and sterling silver base. It's a true quality upgrade.
Custom Fine Jewelry
How much do custom rings cost?
Custom engagement rings typically start around $3,000–$5,000 depending on the design, metal, and stone choices. Sara provides a detailed quote after your consultation — no surprises. Every ring is unique, so pricing is tailored to your vision.
How long does the custom process take?
Typically 6–8 weeks from design approval to delivery. This timeline allows Sara to design your piece carefully in CAD, create photorealistic renderings, refine it with your input, and oversee the entire production and hand-setting process. Rush orders may be possible — ask Sara during your consultation.
Can I use my own stone?
Absolutely! Sara regularly works with heirloom diamonds and gemstones. Bring your stone to the consultation and she'll design a setting that showcases it beautifully. This is a meaningful way to honor family history in a new piece.
Do you offer payment plans?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery. For larger projects, we're happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for you. Just bring it up during your consultation.
Workshops & Services
What happens at a jewelry workshop?
You'll learn basic metalworking and create your own piece under Sara's guidance. Workshops are perfect for date nights, bachelorette parties, and birthday celebrations. All materials and tools are provided — just bring yourself and your creativity.
What is permanent jewelry?
A bracelet, anklet, or necklace that's custom-fitted and welded closed with no clasp. It stays on 24/7. Available in sterling silver, gold-filled, and solid gold. It's a meaningful way to carry something close to you always.
Can I get my gold vermeil re-dipped?
Yes! Our gold dipping service starts at $55. Simply send your piece to us and we'll restore it to like-new condition. It's a cost-effective way to refresh your favorite gold vermeil pieces.
