Video consultations are scheduled around your time zone — clients in the UK usually meet Sara in their late afternoon or evening. After the call, the CAD renderings and every revision come to you by email, so the design moves forward between calls.
How a custom piece reaches you
Your finished piece ships tracked and insured door to door, and Sara sends the tracking the day it leaves California.
UK import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on arrival.
