Sculpted Solitaire
A single stone, set as if it grew from the band. The shoulders carry the eye in, not around. For the woman who wants one quiet centerpiece and nothing else competing with it.
A guided design experience for engagement and bridal commissions.
The idea.
Custom usually means a blank page, and a blank page is not a kindness. PACIFIC works differently. We begin from four signature frameworks. Each one is a clear point of view on what an engagement ring can be, and we design within them. The frame is what allows the piece to feel personal without becoming busy.
Four signature starting points.
01
A single stone, set as if it grew from the band. The shoulders carry the eye in, not around. For the woman who wants one quiet centerpiece and nothing else competing with it.
02
The stone sits slightly off-axis, so it reads as gesture rather than geometry. Subtle on the hand, unmistakable up close. For the woman who likes things that are almost symmetrical.
03
The stone appears to float, held between two planes of metal. The tension is mechanical but the feeling is intimate. Held, not gripped. For the woman who wants a ring that looks like nothing else she has seen.
04
From above, restraint. Inside the band or beneath the setting, a private mark. An engraving, a second stone, a date in a hand we cut for you. For the woman who wants the meaning to be hers alone.
The process.
01
Inquiry
You write to us. We answer personally, usually within a day, and ask the questions that help us listen properly.
02
Conversation
A private call or in-person meeting. We talk about the wearer, the hand, the life, and which of the four frameworks feels closest to right.
03
Stone selection
We source two or three stones to your brief. You see them in person, in natural light, before anything is decided. Diamonds, sapphires, and natural-color stones are equally welcome.
04
Design
Hand sketches first, then a small set of refined drawings. We will not show you forty options. We will show you the right ones.
05
Making
The piece is cast, set, and finished by hand. Most commissions take eight to twelve weeks. You are kept close to the work without being asked to manage it.
Materials.
18k yellow, rose, and white gold. Platinum. Stones are GIA-graded where applicable, and selected individually. We do not work with treated diamonds or synthetic alternatives in bridal.
Investment.
Bridal commissions begin at $12,000 and are quoted privately after the first conversation. Most pieces fall between $18,000 and $60,000, depending on stone.
Begin where it feels closest.
